We’ve conquered the Scandinavian market and have expanded into Germany and the Netherlands, which is why we’re growing our sales team. This isn’t a traditional sales role, you will be identifying avenues of opportunity within the DACH market to build, nurture and accelerate client relationships because you know that our platform will make their working life better. Joining a team of 5 super passionate sales professionals, you will be disrupting the apparel & lifestyle product development process with a tool that's developed from deep within it. Yes, we shake it up & scale, and we’re hoping you do too.
What you'll be doing:
As an integral part of our sales force, you will report directly to our CSO and be responsible for identifying new potential customers based upon our platform’s suitability to their business.
Develop detailed customer profiles with an understanding of their business model and challenges.
You will work closely with the marketing department to inform outbound content that will best generate inbound leads for your focus market.
Demonstrate the Delogue PLM platform confidently to potential clients honing in on the features that best solve their pain points.
Building healthy relationships with lead accounts to take them through your entire sales process. (If we do not get them today, we want them to remember us for the future!)
Contribute to the company's aggressive growth targets by meeting your quarterly KPI of licenses signed (following full training and onboarding process)
Represent Delogue at 2-3 fashion fairs a year, networking with existing and potential clients.
We need you to be:
Native/fluent German-speaker
Able to write & speak English at a business/commercial level
An ambitious and naturally structured professional
well versed with German “business etiquette” and culture nuances
A good fit for our company culture: positive, outgoing and ambitious
An excellent time keeper with boast worthy time-management skills
Tenacious but not annoying when building relationships with clients
Extra points (but not required):
Experience from product development and the supply chain within the apparel, interior, or fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus. Otherwise we train you 😊
Confident at putting yourself out there, whether via email, phone or on video.
