LogPoint is hiring a Documentation Manager in our HQ in Copenhagen to define and execute the documentation strategy for state-of-the-art cybersecurity products and services.
Job description
The Documentation Manager is a hands-on leadership role which has a global reach. In this role you will plan all aspects related to the content lifecycle and to ensure that the right type of documentation is being published.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Work closely with Technical Writers, enginnering teams and Product Managers across the product lines to deliver relevant documentation.
Help to shape and deliver on our content strategy to drive adoption of LogPoint products.
Define the guidelines and best practices for documentation and technical content.
Help to build mature Documentation organization working across geographies.
Optimize the documentation process and tools usage.
Control the quality of documentation (yes, sometimes you have to proofread).
Unify terminology use across the company.
Work with internal stakeholders and customers to identify opportunities for documentation improvements.
Define, track and analyze performance metrics for documentation in LogPoint.
Professional Qualifications
The ideal candidate has either technical or linguistic education at BSc or MSc level, but relevant experience and proper mindset are more important.
You have significant experience in writing and managing documentation for enterprise products. It’s an advantage if you have experience in working with cybersecurity products.
You are a native English speaker or have comparable English skills.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
You have independent and systematic approach. You will have a lot of freedom in setting up objectives and navigating your tasks.
Ideally you have experience in setting up and managing a documentation team.
