About us

We’re a venture-backed startup, at the beginning of our growth journey. Our CEO, Stine Tornmark, is a privacy lawyer with extensive experience in building successful SaaS companies. The rest of us also bring substantial SaaS experience and we’re passionate about product-led growth, building products that make a difference and having a customer-centric focus.

So what’s the job?

You’ll be part of our Commercial team, and you’ll not only be selling our products but also taking part in scaling our sales efforts and new biz operations. You’ll be an important part of our commercial management team and you will both be hands-on and also focus on the commercial strategy.

We are building our platform with technologies that emphasise happiness, speed, and quality, and we’re supporting more than 1000 companies on their compliance journey.

Your responsibilities

You’ll play an active part in our growth as you will be part of building up our commercial efforts and accelerating our growth across Europe. 

You will

  • You’ll have a small team of BDRs reporting to you and together with them you will proactively call potential customers and build relationships. You will need to find, access and onboard the right customers via email, phone and visits. 

  • Spend at least 70% of your time communicating with inbound leads, our free customers and discovering new prospects. 

  • Research the market to find interesting prospects and cooperate with your team to research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision-makers and generate interest in Legal Monster.

  • Help scale our commercial efforts and take part in defining and executing our commercial strategy.

  • Be part of our commercial management team and have the responsibility of executing the new biz acquisition strategy that you have a major part in defining.

  • Be in direct contact with and listen to our customers and help them become Legal Monster ambassadors. 

You will also work with weekly and monthly targets and KPIs and report to the CEO. 

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of sales experience and are not afraid of cold acquisition.

  • You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face.

  • Professional English language skills.

  • A passion for our mission.

  • Previous experience with managing a small team will be a plus but not a must.

  • Ability to carry accounts from early-stage leads to close.

  • You need to be proactive, organized and focused on details and accuracy.

Experience in the compliance or tech industry is a bonus.
