UBCO - a leading electric utility bike brand from New Zealand is expanding with European HQ in Copenhagen.
The Sales Development Rep will play a key role in the fast-growing UBCO EMEA team. Working from our new Copenhagen office, you will contribute to UBCO’s mission across all sales channels and help further accelerate our growth in the region.

Your ability to learn quickly alongside a dedicated, driven, and professional demeanor will enable you to thrive in this role whilst working closely across various sales channels and with various types of customers.
Here’s what you will be doing
Be the first point of engagement for inbound leads, assisting with monitoring and follow up.
Process orders through our UBCO CRM and ERP system and communicate with partners for outbound shipments.
Build workflows in our CRM across B2C and B2B pipelines.
Calling and hunting for new opportunities that align with UBCOs primary revenue channels and growth objectives – primarily in Denmark.
Forecasting and planning sales activities.
Taking part at events such as trade shows, introducing UBCO.
Help our first European customers with support issues, provide initial information and help manage service ticket pipeline.
You need these skills
1-3 years of similar sales experience.
Fluency in English and Danish (other languages an advantage).
Understanding of sales processes and prior experience with CRM systems.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
You can adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
Interest in micromobility and/or electric transportation, ready to learn more about UBCO vehicles and technology.
The following skills would be great to have
Experience within a fast-growing company (scale-up).
Any experience with similar products – e-bikes, electric vehicles, etc.
Any prior ERP experience.
