ROLE LEAD GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Brand team is responsible for the overall brand identity, tone of voice, visual identity and global campaigns. The team consists of creatives, designers, copywriters, as well strategists and communication specialists, and we work cross-functionally with almost every other team in SOUNDBOKS. It’s a newly formed team, and we will be growing a lot over the coming years.
As our Lead Graphic Designer, you will work on global brand campaigns and set the direction for our visual identity. Furthermore, you will be leading a horizontal cross-departmental team of designers, ranging from UI, UX, and graphic designers. In that way, you will be responsible for SOUNDBOKS’ design across all touchpoints in the organization.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:
You’ll set the direction for the graphical aspect of our visual identity and continuously build out our brand guidelines.
You’ll create concepts for global brand campaigns as part of our in-house creative team.
You’ll lead the horizontal cross-functional design team consisting of UI designers, UX designers, and graphic designers sitting across different departments
You’ll develop marketing materials, print materials, packaging materials, as well as web- and app designs.
In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.
You bring at least 5 years of graphic design experience, some of which must come from a brand or in-house agency.
You have worked on visual identities and brand campaign conceptualizations.
You have previously led a team of designers.
You are open-minded and want to work in an environment with constructive feedback taking place ongoingly.
You feel confident in the following software:
After Effects (not required but a big plus for certain)
