Are you our new designer with strong UX/UI skills? We are seeking a designer with a flair for UX/UI. Would you like to be a part of an ambitious start-up ready to take on the world?

We are looking for a skilled and ambitious designer to support us in our mission of creating the best and most advanced tools for the new generation of creators and influencers.

👪 Who are we?

Sheer is a go-global startup and a new challenger in the influencer marketing space. We are first and foremost a company created to help creators and influencers manage what they find important. This includes providing an easy and smooth platform to collaborate with brands; track one's own performance; assess where to improve; manage finances and keep track of offers; manage ongoing campaigns; deadlines and more.

We also offer a great platform for brands to find mutually beneficial collaborations, which can all be managed in one accessible place. At Sheer, we have developed a framework that takes brands and influencers through the necessary steps to achieve a successful influencer campaign. The framework is brought to life through the Sheer platform.

The team

We are a small, young and dedicated team based out of Copenhagen, Denmark. We have a strong advisory board of senior profiles with numerous exits behind them, as well as a founding team with +8 years of expertise within Computer Science and more than +10 years of experience in the Influencer Marketing field.

🕹️ Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

• Designing new features and ensuring a uniform design style across our platform.

• Built a user-friendly interface for our platform, both for web and mobile.

• Collaborate closely with our software team to implement user interfaces.

• Test and validate solutions based on user feedback.

• Prototype and iterate designs to connect and optimize user flows.

• Creating designs for SoMe, mails, invitations, etc.

🎨 What we think you might "look" like.

• Comfortable with programs such as Figma and Photoshop, as well as learning new programs if needed.

• You have an excellent aesthetic sense combined with a good understanding of UX principles and design processes.

• Have a creative mindset and the ability to think out of the box. Ability to recognize design challenges and formulate a variety of creative problem-solving solutions.

• Strives to challenge the status quo, while listening and understanding our user's needs and behaviors.

• Competent at working independently and taking initiative on a wide variety of design tasks.

• Likes to build intuitive user journeys, is well structured, and is a great team player.

• You are passionate about your profession and want to improve your skills.

🧁 The icing on the cake

• Experience creating/using design systems

• You got start-up experience and have collaborated with software developers earlier in your career.

• You have experience with influencer marketing.

• Can produce illustrations in different styles with high technique and quality while meeting user needs

• You have experience with video editing and maybe even animations with Adobe After Effects.
