Who you are

Your mission:
As a Queue-it UI/UX designer, you’ll work with our development and marketing teams to improve the experience of billions of online visitors to the world’s biggest companies. As we’re in our scale-up phase, you’ll get to have a say in big projects, like building our product organization.

What you get to do every day:
Work with our development and marketing teams to improve the user interface of our services, which are used by the world’s biggest companies and billions of online visitors
Provide UX guidance to the entire organization
Create UI mockups, collect/analyze usage data, and recommend improvement options
Speak your mind, expect to be heard and aim to make an impact
What you bring to the team:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s would be a plus
Experience
3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in the B2B and/or SaaS space
A wealth of UI/UX knowledge and hands-on experience with product design and branding
Working knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS
Experience working with user research
Skills
Ability to use the latest design tools (we use Figma), and data visualization user interfaces
Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate the value of design internally and externally
A strong interest in code and technology, although you don’t necessarily have to code yourself
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish not required)
Mindset
A proactive mindset and a drive to bring tasks to completion, as well as the flexibility to effectively switch between independent tasks and teamwork.
Practicalities
The position is full-time and starts as soon as possible.

The Queue-it headquarters is in Kødbyen (Meatpacking District), about 800 meters from the central Copenhagen train station. Employees should be local (we support relocation!) but can enjoy the flexibility to work from home or in the office.
