Salary Competitive

You’re an experienced UI/UX champion ready for your next adventure. We’re a fast-growing global SaaS scale-up, and we need your skills to make our platform shine. Apply today, and let’s get to work.

Who you are

You’re a seasoned UI/UX designer motivated to deliver sleek, intuitive, and engaging solutions that align with user needs and technical considerations. You’re happy to sweat every detail until all the boxes are checked, because why not strive for perfection?

You’re comfortable receiving feedback, making research-backed choices, and advocating for the end user’s experience. You can easily come up with multiple solutions and articulate concepts in a clear, compelling, and collaborative manner.

You like a laid-back, international office environment that encourages growth, learning, flexibility, and speaking your mind. And you know that balance is important – whether you find it in a competitive game of Zoom trivia or a ping pong match during Friday bar.

Your mission:

As a Queue-it UI/UX designer, you’ll work with our development and marketing teams to improve the experience of billions of online visitors to the world’s biggest companies. As we’re in our scale-up phase, you’ll get to have a say in big projects, like building our product organization.

You can put your skills to work, knowing you’re making a big impact and supporting our mission of delivering online fairness for all.

What you get to do every day:

  • Work with our development and marketing teams to improve the user interface of our services, which are used by the world’s biggest companies and billions of online visitors

  • Provide UX guidance to the entire organization

  • Create UI mockups, collect/analyze usage data, and recommend improvement options

  • Speak your mind, expect to be heard and aim to make an impact

What you bring to the team:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s would be a plus

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in the B2B and/or SaaS space

  • A wealth of UI/UX knowledge and hands-on experience with product design and branding

  • Working knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS

  • Experience working with user research

  • Ability to use the latest design tools (we use Figma), and data visualization user interfaces

  • Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate the value of design internally and externally

  • A strong interest in code and technology, although you don’t necessarily have to code yourself

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Danish not required)

  • A proactive mindset and a drive to bring tasks to completion, as well as the flexibility to effectively switch between independent tasks and teamwork.
