About the position:

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage our client’s translation projects from start to end and make sure that our quality standards are always met.

A successful candidate is a highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in a fast-paced environment. You have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities and projects and have the right mix of organizational and communication skills.

The role will involve all aspects of overseeing and leading a portfolio of key client accounts, which will require a high level of customer interaction both directly and through a strong partnership with our sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of key accounts 

• Responsibility for timely deliveries of high-quality products

• Drive continuous process improvements, establish standards of excellence and process efficiency within your accounts 

• Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders

• Proactively manage customer relations to drive results, enhance customer success and exceed expectations 

• Provide regular status reports on projects - Systematic check of high visibility projects to address issues proactively

Skills that make you a good fit for this role: 

• Native German speaker with excellent command of English - Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage

• Effective communication at all levels and a strong ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

• Previous experience in the  localisation industry is desirable

• Strong negotiation skills and an understanding of financial reporting are an absolute requirement

• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent reporting and organizational skills

• A positive mindset in a fast-paced environment is a must to thrive in this role
