Venture Analyst (student position)
Do you want to be part of a venture studio and help solve some of society's biggest challenges? Then you might be our new ambitious and entrepreneurial venture analyst.
We are a venture studio. We partner with incredible entrepreneurs and large corporates to create solutions that have a positive impact on society and the planet. We also have an investment fund that enables us to execute fast and focused with co-founders and strategic partners. We focus on building ventures within SDG3: “health & well-being” or SDG7: “sustainable energy”.
The team and the role
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to be part of scoping new opportunities and building new ventures that solve tomorrow's challenges within areas such as health, wellbeing, sustainability, climate change, and clean energy.
You will be part of a small and dedicated venture-building team at KRING working with venture building, investment processes, and corporate co-creation.
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to learn, develop and grow professionally, whilst being supported by our team and network of professionals with backgrounds within management consulting, early-stage investment, corporate strategy, design/UX, and growth hacking.
As a Venture Analyst you will have a wide range of different tasks within our venture building activities, including (not exclusive list):
Research and analyze problem/opportunities spaces and markets
Develop presentation material for and documentation of workshops, pitches, etc.
Reach out to relevant partners, co-creators and investors
Capture and analyze a variety of data sets to support evidence-based decision making
Contribute to workshops on funding, experimentation, etc.
Help our current startup projects and co-founders with everything from CRM, marketing activities, growth hacking, Excel (depending on your personal skills, experience, and strengths)
Competences and qualifications
We are looking for purpose-driven colleagues who have a real “can-do” attitude and a high level of integrity. We value a positive, entrepreneurial attitude and good organization and prioritization skills, as well as excellent cooperation skills.
In addition, we expect you to:
Study a master's or bachelor's (third year) degree
Have strong business analytical skills and an intuitive flair for numbers
Have an interest in sustainability and health/well-being
Be curious and willing to ask tough questions
Be fluent in both Danish and English
Have proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (Google Slide and Sheets)
A strong digital know-how
We are looking for somewhere between 10 and 20 hours of work per week at our office at Østerbro (some level of work from home can be agreed on ad hoc).
