Exploring your sexual desires both alone and with a partner can be fairly overwhelming. What love toy should you choose? How does it work? And how do you even talk about it? L’AMOURBOX is a subscription boxes, love toys and experiences with the core purpose of increasing sexual wellness for singles and couples. We started our journey in 2017 and our small Copenhagen-based team is now providing exciting erotic surprises to four markets in Europe.

We are looking for an open minded individual who’s ready to call a spade a spade, and give the best possible experience to our members across our platforms (email, live chat and social media).

Your role will be a crucial part in our external communication, having direct contact with our members — and just like in any relationship, it's important that our members feel safe and listened to, without judgement.

L'AMOURBOX is about curiosity, open communication and a dash of humor, and this must reflect through all of our communication.

What you will do

• Respond to questions, comments and requests on our communication channels (email, live chat and social media)

• Help further develop our customer experience tone-of-voice with your Team lead

• Help further develop our processes for our customer experience with your Team lead

Who you are

• You are structured

• You speak and write in fluent Danish and English

• You can adapt your written language to suit our brand

• You're open minded, patient and not afraid to call a spade a spade

• You enjoy providing the best possible experience to our members

• You want to make a difference, providing sexual wellness to our members and you're proud of it

• You can work 5 - 15 hours a week, depending on the current workload

Bonus (but not expected!)

• You are fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and/or Dutch

• You have a personal interest, education or previous experience in sexual wellness and the sex toy industry

• You have prior experience working with customer care

• You are comfortable with being on photos/video for our social media channels
