The demand for alternative solutions to combat climate change has never been more pressing, and we are looking for a marketing and sales student assistant to help us propose novel solutions for more environmentally friendly aromas – one beer at a time!

EvodiaBio in a nutshell

We are a bio-industrial company producing sustainable, natural aromas for the food and beverage industry. Our disruptive yeast-based technology enables consumers to enjoy the benefits of non-alcoholic beer without having to compromise on taste.

Simply put: we make non-alcoholic beer taste great! 😍 Like any other beers, non-alcoholic beer is made by mixing water, malt, yeast and finally hops that bring characteristic aromas. In the case of non-alcoholic beer, there is an additional step…When the alcohol is removed, most of the aroma compounds are lost. 🤯

EvodiaBio proposes a fundamental change in the way non-alcoholic beer is made, using yeast to produce the hop aroma separately. 🌿

This way, we make a great product, with a rich and intense taste and at the same time reduce waste, environmental impact and cost during its production! 🍺

What will you do?

As our Marketing and Sales Student Assistant at EvodiaBio you will help us develop our community and network in Scandinavia and Europe. You will also help support the founders in shaping the brand’s marketing and sales strategy. Some of the tasks and challenges you will take on include:

Identifying, researching, and contacting leads

Gathering customer insights to strengthen our value proposition and ensure a perfect market fit for our product(s)

• Researching potential partnerships and influencer collaborations

• Attending meetings with prospect partners and customers

• Assisting in setting up a CRM system (E.g., Pipedrive)

• Compiling a stakeholder database and conducting market research

• Producing written and visual creative concepts for SoMe and email marketing

• Supporting with content creation and PR outreach

• Supporting the team with day-to-day ad hoc tasks

  
  

Your profile

• You’re a people-person - you love talking to and interacting with people and you’re naturally good at building trusting long-term relationships

• You pride yourself on having excellent communication skills

• An eye for great visual and written content 

• A positive and proactive can-do attitude. We are in a fast-paced environment and value initiative taking

• Curious and creative - you like experimenting and trying new ideas to constantly challenge and develop yourself, your colleagues, and our clients

• Fluent in English. Danish is an appreciated plus but not mandatory

• Passionate about our mission to fight climate change and reduce the climate impact from the flavor and fragrance industry.

• A passion for contributing to the success of a small company in its early stages

• Happy to take responsibility where needed 

Bonus point if you have

• An interest in biotechnology and the beer industry

• A taste for beer and non-alcoholic beer. Some insight into its production process.

• A real startup experience – We are a small team of 4 people and launched this venture recently. Challenging work and experimentation with innovative ideas is part of the daily routine. You will have the opportunity to directly influence some strategic decisions and see the impact of your work.

• Develop your skills within the areas of communication and marketing that you find the most interesting. We will support you as much as possible, but a strong self-learning capability will be important.

• Flexible working hours with the possibility to organize your time as most convenient. Remote work possible when adequate.

• Office space at the BioInnovation Institute and at the University of Copenhagen to use.

• This is an opportunity to join EvodiaBio at the beginning of its journey, from which if you are right for the position then you will continue the journey with us as we expand  

Practicalities

• We are looking for someone to join us part-time for approximately 10-15 hours a week
