As our newest addition to the team, we are looking for an empathic, kind, and structured Assistant who is able to provide outstanding customer experiences, loves interacting with humans, and is a great problem solver. You'll be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Success Manager that will guide and support you along the way. Customer experience is one of the fundamental assets for Nordgreen, therefore, you must love the role :)
Job Description:
Handling customers' inquiries received via different platforms e.g. Zendesk, Facebook, Kakao Chat, Naver & Assisting with up-selling products through Nordgreen's live communication tool;
Work closely with our head of CX to enhance our operations, and work on the suggestions of how can we improve our customer journey;
Handling, gathering, and properly collecting product and process feedback & Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;
Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new business development projects within our customer journey;
Provide continuous feedback/reporting in product development, logistics, and sales to respond to our customer needs;
Work on increasing the retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
The job is estimated to be about 20-30 hours a week, and the hours are somewhat flexible based on your personal schedule, but not entirely. Ideally, you are able to work few hours over weekends, if requested.
Requirements:
Confident and well-spoken in English and in either Korean, German, Danish, or Japanese.
Strong listening, communication, and writing skills
Creative mindset, result oriented & driven
Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics

You will be working closely with respective heads of various departments, Country Managers of our core markets, and the eCommerce Director who will ensure you gain the most relevant and hands-on experience in the eCommerce area.
