As our Head of Sales you will lead sales of our exMon Data Governance solutions in multiple markets were we have allready closed over 100 customers so far.
You will be responsible for driving new business and shaping the future growth of exMon through these channels:
Direct Sales
Create new leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Communicate the value of our solutions to potential customers with our technical specialists..
Value Added Resellers (Partners)
We have partnerships in multiple markets where our partners resell our solutions. Here you will handle the partnership strategy, communication and recruiting new partners.
Inbound Sales
Create new leads with inbound marketing approach. Run campaigns with our marketing team around specific value propositions with a data-driven marketing approach.
As our Head of Sales, you will
Identify prospects & build relationships with customers
Work and manage all sales and partner development activities
Define and manage the lead generation effort needed to meet sales success every month, tracking, measuring and analyzing effectiveness in the sales pipeline and customer lifecycle stages.
Work closely with our marketing team on marketing activities, including campaigns, blogs, direct mail, webinars, events, SEO, display ads, PRO and social media.
To be successful in this role, you will probably have:
Strong background in sales
Experience with B2B saas sales
Understanding the role of data in todays businesses
Committed to exceeding targets and raising the bar for your performance
Have a great attitude
Experience with supervising and developing a sales organization
You must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player
Willing to experiment with new ideas, concepts, tools, and approaches to marketing and sales using outcome-based metrics to demonstrate success.
