We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join our Sales & Partnership team. As a Partnership Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our customers - clients and businesses - with a primary goal to provide the best possible tattoo experience. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us reach our sales goals, maintain relationships with our business partnerships, and contribute to product improvements that enhance our overall customer experience and performance metrics.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
Deliver a service-minded approach to our customer experience by taking them through a convenient, fun, and professional tattoo booking journey.
Drive sales and revenue
Data analysis and research development
Provide feedback for production innovation and optimisation
Previous sales experience or customer service
Strong communication skills (fluent in English)
A people person - empathetic, patient, charismatic and supportive
Capable of managing your own time and productivity
A knack for setting up systems and maintaining an organized workflow
