Are you a master of planning and running campaigns, using data to improve targeting and conversion, and do you want to help the entertainment industry learn the best practices? 

We are looking for a talented marketing manager to join our team in a full-time position. The position will have a lot of versatility, with you being responsible for our own marketing, providing campaign services for our clients, and working with our product development team to create easy-to-use marketing tools for our clients. You’ll also be responsible for creating articles and how-to guides for our clients and our blog.

Who are we? We are a well-funded startup with about 40 people spread across our four offices in Copenhagen, Reykjavik, Belgrade, and New York. We create intuitive marketing tools for the live entertainment industry by connecting venues and stadiums with their data. Our SaaS product offers a mix of data science, customer profiling, and segmentation tools, helping our clients effectively market their events. 

We believe in great teams that build amazing, intuitive, and highly relevant products. Our platform is designed to make it easy for marketers to select audiences and execute campaigns, and we’re looking to extend this “playbook” approach across channels and tools. We work closely with our clients and partners to design solutions that fit their ambitions and operations.


We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • You are great at setting up targeting campaigns on many different platforms

  • You have a deep understanding of how data can be used to improve ROAS

  • You are good at explaining how and why campaigns are best set up

  • You are fluent in and can demonstrate excellent English proficiency in writing and speaking

  • You are good at communicating with others.

  • You love to to be a part of a team, you make others better, but you are also independent

  • You have a big drive and you like to get things done. 

  • You think outside the box. Your love to try new things (hint: so do we)

  • Knowledge of the live entertainment industry is an advantage, but not a requirement


What does your new job look like?

You are a part of a highly engaged international team. You will work from our office at the Camp*, a great place to work, when you are not working from home. You will work closely with our Chief Business Officer, (Martin Gammeltoft) to whom you will report to, as well as directly with our clients and also to our product development team. Your time is split evenly on running campaigns for our services, assisting our clients’ marketing efforts, and working on how to build amazing marketing tools for our solutions.
