Flagship Store Assistant @ MATE.BIKE
MATE is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive and hard-working Flagship Store Assistant to take command of the day-to-day activities of our Copenhagen based store. You must possess stellar customer service skills and be driven by the desire to increase the company revenue through sales maximisation.
As you will be serving local customers, Danish is a must!
This vacancy is full-time and it requires that you are willing to work a few hours during the weekends.
If you are an enthusiastic, animated and sales-focused person who loves interacting with people then you have what it takes to become our next Flagship Store expert. You will be helping customers identify and purchase the products they desire while assuring all store operations and processes are in compliance with MATE standards.

Job duties and responsibilities
Greeting, receiving and attending to customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Preparing and managing orders, being involved in stock control and management
Offering advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Demonstrating the showroom products to the customers (bike functionality, foldability, etc.)
Keeping up to date with special promotions and updating displays
Displaying showroom products and merchandise in a pleasing and attractive manner
Maintaining the showroom tidy and clean
Being responsible for the security within the showroom

Qualifications
You have proven working experience in retail sales and a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
You are native in Danish and have a proficient level of English
You have strong communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, also on an international level
You possess excellent organisational skills with an ability to multitask in a highly dynamic work environment
You show the desire to help improve the overall setup and processes, with understanding of the sales process cycle
You have some knowledge of inventory techniques
You have a friendly and engaging personality
You are passionate about bikes and cycling
