We are planning to expand our product offering on Ageras Marketplace, so more verticals will be added. Ageras Marketplace is a part of Ageras Group consisting of Ageras Marketplace, Billy, Meneto, Salary, Tellow and Zervant - the largest professional service platform in Europe.
Joining our Global Marketing Team your colleagues will be highly specialized, international paid marketing specialists, marketing and content managers, growth hackers and developers who all share a passion for always improving our lead focused digital marketing efforts. You will report to our Head of Performance and be a part of a specialist team consisting of an International SEM specialist, Performance Marketing Specialists in Germany and the US as well as a Performance Marketing Assistant.
What will you be doing?
As our new Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for various online marketing activities to generate leads and spread awareness of the Ageras Marketplace in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, Germany and the US driving clients and partners to the Ageras platform. Specifically, you will:
Build, optimize and scale effective campaigns on paid channels with emphasis on Facebook Ads, but also Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. so we meet our growth and CPA targets
Track and manage budget spending and ROI
Content planning, monitoring, creation and campaign reviews
Optimize copies, ads and landing pages to heighten CVR
Track campaign performance, analyze KPIs, monitor and analyze cross-channel performance
Project manage different performance related projects with Marketing Managers, product and development as well as external agencies
Improve performance on current channels advertised on and explore new initiatives
Work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager on split-testing initiatives
Create reports on results, insights, optimization recommendations and setting goals
Set up, test and optimize marketing automations and tracking
Explore and recommend creative digital advertising solutions and define tests
Keeping up with latest trends, insights and changes in digital marketing
Who are you?
Our new Performance Marketing Manager is performance driven and ambitious. We are a well-funded scale-up with our start-up mentality in place, so we expect you have a growth mindset with be ability to work independently. You see yourself as data driven and as someone who really enjoys working with digital marketing and CVR optimization. We are not too concerned about your educational background, but expect you to bring at least a couple of years of hands-on online marketing experience. You also have:
A strong analytical mind and understanding of the customer journey
4+ years of hands-on experience with online marketing with a proven track record
Customer centric approach to online marketing and ability to convey our results
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, the capability to multitask and project manage comfortably
Experience with Google Analytics and other performance reporting tools
Adeptness in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. Zapier)
Aptitude for discovering and learning new tools
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing fast-growing environment
Excellent proficiency in English - additional language skills in a Scandinavian language, German or Dutch, is considered as a plus
Experience with B2B marketing is considered a plus as is experience from a start-up/scale-up
