We are looking for a part-time returns manager to help us magage the daily number of returns and exchanges that we receive at our office.

Your mission will be to make sure the parcels are handled every day. Quick and efficient returns handling is a cornerstone of a good shopping experience. Therefore the job you do is vital for the entire business and a very physical daily reminder. The returns handling room will be your sole responsibility.

The current number of parcels require approx 20 hours of work weekly. As we grow you will also have the chance to increase your hours to match the volume of packages we are handling.

ABOUT YOU:

• You are stable and ready to roll-up your sleeves and get the job done

• You like to iron :-)

• You are clean and perfectionistic - a very important thing when handling white shirts.

• You are engaged and want to be part of a group of young unformal team with a entreprenurial mindset

YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS WILL BE:

• Daily handling of return orders

• Re-packing of shirts

• Inspection of defected shirts

• Keeping the returns room nice and orderly

• Ad hoc tasks at the office

We make sure you have all the tool needed to get a good start in the job.

• Working time: 20 hours per week devided on 5 days.
