Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is high-energy, experienced with web-based technologies and mobile applications, passionate about helping customers, and excels at communication via phone and email. We are specifically looking for danish speaking applicants.

Candidates should have the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, and communicate these concepts effectively to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. A ''can do'' approach is key, as it's expected that you take responsibility for your own learning. We envision that you will aspire to progress within our customer success team as your skills and expertise in the role evolve.


The role and tasks

The role of customer support is an entry-level position which qualifies you to progress within the customer success team at Woomio. The natural progression would be towards that of an Onboarding Specialist, and later to that of a Customer Success Manager with responsibility for your own set of customers.


Your primary tasks will consist of:

  • Responding to customer requests in a clear and comprehensive manner since communication is key to maintaining customer rapport.

  • Adhere to our KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction. We are passionate about setting ourselves ambitious goals when it comes to delivering high-quality customer support.

  • Working closely with our product/engineering teams to resolve various kinds of user issues. Bug reporting is an integral part of our customer support process.

  • Communicate and structure relevant feedback from customers to our product and development teams through the necessary channels.

  • Provide feedback in order to contribute to the optimisation of our internal processes.


Experience and skills

You will play a key role in influencing the satisfaction and experience of our customers. We therefore expect the following qualifications:


  • Experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Fluency in Danish

  • Experience with tech support and/or product support would be a plus.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • It is an advantage if you can speak German or Dutch in addition to English & any of the Scandinavian languages.

  • Passionate about helping people to succeed.

  • Solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to tasks.

  • Familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

  • Interest in influencer marketing, or an avid user of social media.
