Head of Sales for Bluewhale
Are you experienced in working with sale of SaaS? Does selling motivate you? Do you excel in closing agreements and building and nurturing relationships with public institution as well as private B2B customers? Then this position as Head of Sales might be just for you.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Head of Sales, who will get the opportunity to establish his/her sales team. You will be an active part of contacting leads. In order to succeed as Head of Sales at Bluewhale ApS, it is crucial that you are capable of uncovering customer needs and recommend the best solution. Therefore, you will work closely together with your colleagues in the management group, where you together develop new customer segments and markets.
Your tasks
To develop and execute Bluewhale’s sales strategy.
Active, direct selling.
Sales budget responsibility.
Sales of SaaS to public and private sector to Danish and international customers, mainly remote sales.
Customer Success Management.
Leading and motivating the sales team.
We are looking for a Head of Sales with the following profile
You have documented experience with B2B sales, preferably in the IT/SaaS business.
You have a higher education and are passionate about sales.
You are a skilled merchant, your energy is persistent and you know how to close a deal.
You are a senior key account manager or you may already lead a sales team.
You are ambitious, you work independently and thrive working based on clear KPI’s.
You have a structured approach to customer follow-up.
You are fluent in Danish and English, any additional language as e.g. Norwegian or Swedish is a plus, but not a must.
You have a warm smile and a big heart.
