Miiskin’s unique skin imaging technology is covering all elements of skin tracking and is impacting and innovating the medical field of dermatology via the patients’ own smartphones. Our global user base (700,000 downloads to date) uses the Miiskin app for everything from augmented skin mole tracking in a skin cancer prevention context to controlling acne breakouts with the help of computer vision as well as communicating with their doctor through Miiskin’s state-of-the-art telehealth platform.

Get Miiskin in front of millions of Google Searches!

There are 10 billion Google searches for skin related diseases every year. We need you to lead our efforts in building highly trusted and well performing educational content, so that Miiskin can capture a minor but sizable portion of this expansive readership to transparently promote the Miiskin app.

We see you assume responsibility for leading the Miiskin SEO efforts by managing the creation of multiple new weekly high-quality articles about various skin problems and solutions. Focus is on the skin problems that Miiskin can help users visually monitor and communicate with their doctor about using the Miiskin PRO telehealth platform. We expect you to manage and liaise the collaboration between (medical) content writers, clinical reviewers (dermatologists) and an external SEO agency to support our ambitions and efforts. The SEO agency is selected by you and our management team.

Your background

You should have a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in SEO/Content Marketing. Explicit knowledge about EAT (Expertise, Authority and Trust), which Google uses for Health content, or a very strong interest in going deep on the subject, is key.

Native English proficiency is a strong requirement as you should be able to do the last check of articles before they are medically reviewed and published on Miiskin.com. If you yourself are a strong writer that is a major strength for this role even though we expect you to also outsource/delegate a lot of the article writing to make your work scalable.

We have a strong PR-agency that gains press coverage on a monthly basis which is continuously improving Miiskin’s backlink profile. Furthermore, we have a very competent SEO-coordinator helping with our Wordpress article publication, reporting and SEO research and a technical SEO freelance web developer that ensures that we have a solid technical foundation for SEO.

Practicalities

This is a full-time paid position based in Miiskin’s Copenhagen office, which is in the buzzing co-working space Symbion that we share with over 200 other innovative companies who we socialize with at Friday bars and the annual Christmas and Summer parties. If working from the Copenhagen office is not a possibility for you it may be possible to work remotely from a European time zone.

We have just closed an investment round and we expect to attract even more funding in the fall to scale up our global team even further.

We are looking for you to start as soon as possible, but we can wait for you if you are switching from another job.
