Job Overview

Challenge is a collaboration between Khora and 3 Health Regions in Denmark to develop and implement a new treatment using VR technologies to aid people who suffer from auditory hallucinations. The key development has been completed and we are moving to the clinical trial with the aim to commercialize and sell the product in 2023. 

The role is based in Denmark and open to candidates with working permissions in the EU. Please note this is not a remote role.


Responsibilities and Duties

You will need to have in-depth knowledge of the project and the software, the aims and objectives and current results in order to support the clinical trial and the therapists who perform the therapy  -  

Answering  questions from Regions, Municipalities, Health professionals and others who find interest in the project and product

You will facilitate the further development of the product taking into consideration inputs from the trials and country-specific enhancements.

You will also take charge of the clinical trial pipeline and help facilitate this 

Full commercialisation of the product will begin in 2022 and prior to that, you will need to build a team and processes that will support the growth of the product globally.

Qualifications and Skills

  •  Education level

    • Medium to long with a great interest in Mental Health and Technology 

    • Preferable qualifications in mental health or Product management.

  • Experience.  

    • If you have work in the field of Mental Health it is a great plus

    • If you know how to use technology to support mental well being it is an advantage as well

    • Need to be able to talk to  psychologists/ managers Teacher or Nurse 

    • Having led a small team in an entrepreneurial environment

  •  Specific skills

    • High communication skills and ability to create and engage in conversations - you will talk to many different clients from head managers to end-users such as patients and citizens with mental health problems  

    • You are able to work independently

    • Keep calm also during windy weather to create solutions 

    • Willingness and ideas as to communicate VR as a technology that benefits people to support their well being  

  •  Personal characteristics

    • Sociable – we work closely together at Khora and with clients hence your social skills are a must 

    • Empathy

    • You like learning from others - your colleagues, partners and clients

    • Startup and growth spikes your interest

  • Certifications.

    •  Products owner and scrum master
