About Vintage is a Danish watch brand, established in 2014, with global sales to more than 60 countries worldwide. In June 2017, we opened our first flagship store and office in the heart of Copenhagen on Gothersgade 97 and have recently got a new office a little further down the street at Gothersgade 103A. In addition, we have retailers at selected locations in London, NY, Hong Kong, Paris, Melbourne, Seoul, Tokyo, China, Zurich and others.
The Role and Tasks:
As our business has been growing fast, we are now expanding the JAPAN team.
In the role of Customer & Marketing Coordinator, you will be employed full-time (20 hours/week) at our central Copenhagen office, playing a critical part of our team. Your primary job will be customer service and marketing-related tasks including:
Customer service;
Communication with influencers;
Translation of newsletters etc.;
Collaborate closely with the team members to develop and localize engaging, relevant content for Japan market across various media (e.g. emails, paid ads, social media content);
Grow and manage social media accounts;
Coordinate online campaigns;
Any additional work will be adapted based on business needs
We expect you to:
Have a natural flair for good conversation and enjoy direct customer contact
Be native in JAPANESE (Business Level able to use 敬語&謙譲語 based on each occasion and the appropriate politeness), and be professionally proficient in English, and good in translation
Be a problem solver with an inquisitive mind
Have experience in actively managing social media accounts either personal or official and generating content
Be nimble to deliver results and meet required deadlines
Have a good sense of ownership
Have a bachelor's degree or higher
Nice if you bring:
Experience in customer service
Experience in using Shopify
Interest and knowledge in watches
