We are looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer who wants to join us and be a central force in transforming Copyright Agent from a prosperous scale-up to a publicly listed company governed by best practices and ambition.

Your responsibilities

• Advisor for the CEO and the Board

• Full responsibility for all financial reporting requirements, internally and externally

• IR communication 

• Have full control and understanding of the finances in Copyright Agent

• Personal responsibility for employees in Finance, Controlling and Accounting

• Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders 

• Proactive secure that correct and effective procedures are established and maintained in Copyright Agent within your area of responsibility  

• Actively drive and support the globalisation of the group 

• Secure global TAX compliance 

• Responsibility for Group Treasury functions

• Take responsibility for the area related to Legal until a CLO is hired. 

  
  

Your qualifications  

• You have previous experience as a CFO/Head of Finance

• Understand that we are building a truly global business 

• Have a strong commercial understanding 

• Strong interpersonal skills, incl. the ability to establish good cooperation with stakeholders

• Experience with corporate contracts 

• Experience with reporting

• You are driven and ambitious

• You are fluent in English
