Lenus is a fast-growing software company building an intelligent nutrition and workout solution that helps personal trainers, dieticians and other health professionals scale their business while preserving a high degree of personalization. This is achieved through our full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach.

Our software has helped people lose over 300,000 kgs (and still counting) and change their life with healthy habits, workouts and nutrition!  

We are now looking for more Junior Support Engineers to join our growing Support team located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally during your studies, while joining an exciting scale up journey.   


YOUR TASKS AS A JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER WOULD INCLUDE:

  • Be the voice of the coaches and help our product teams to make the best decisions for our customers

  • Ensure a high level of support for our coaches and their clients solving issues and answering questions around our products

  • Act as a technical translate by communicating complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers

  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues occurring in our products by the use of programming tools such as SQL

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Be ready to work 15-22 hours a week with occasional weekend shifts (every 2nd week) 

  • Tech savvy and a quick learner

  • Experience from customer service 

  • Excellent English and Danish written skills

  • Thrive in a busy and energetic environment - and pride yourself in helping others!
