We are now looking for more Junior Support Engineers to join our growing Support team located in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally during your studies, while joining an exciting scale up journey. Â
YOUR TASKS AS A JUNIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER WOULD INCLUDE:
Be the voice of the coaches and help our product teams to make the best decisions for our customers
Ensure a high level of support for our coaches and their clients solving issues and answering questions around our products
Act as a technical translate by communicating complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues and customers
Troubleshoot and investigate issues occurring in our products by the use of programming tools such as SQL Â
