Within the next 12 months, we will welcome more than 30 new colleagues for our six offices globally. We are therefore on the lookout for a highly skilled and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to set the best team and nail must-win recruitments!

We are on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who loves to source and screen the best candidates for functions such as Marketing, Sales, Design, Client Success, Management, and Development for our offices in Denmark, Sweden, and The Netherlands - and for the new markets that we have planned to expand to.

The role as Talent Acquisition Specialist is a new role, which gives you the opportunity to set the direction for your work and Relesys as a company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across all positions and expand the Talent Acquisition team when needed.

You will be working from our beautiful HQ in the heart of Nordhavn, Copenhagen.


Your key responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your role will include, but will not be limited to;

  • Build up and maintain talent pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business strategy

  • Partner up with management to track ongoing hiring needs globally

  • Own and drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities

  • Identify and partner with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met

  • Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization in the best possible way.

Who are you:

We believe this role is suited for someone who has worked with the whole recruitment process for some time and is used to working closely with hiring managers to find and hire great people. The person we are looking for has a passion for recruitment and for delivering top candidate experience.

  • You have +3 years of experience with recruitment in a fast-paced environment – maybe within a SaaS company

  • You have hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation

  • You are fluent in Danish and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent project management skills

  • An understanding of the best recruitment tools out there.

  • An ROI mindset, with the ability to track the impact of initiatives and adjust them based on the data gathered.

 

When do you start?

We are looking for a candidate to start around the 1st of October or as soon as possible hereafter, but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
