Are you a T-shaped marketer with a passion for SaaS marketing? Then you’re in the right place. 

We’re looking for the next hire for our Marketing team. An action driven marketer to oversee our growth efforts and help us scale across search engines and paid social channels.


The position

We will be honest. We have the basics covered. We rank and bid by the book. We have our CAC, ROAS, and LTV in check, and are ready to put more fuel on the fire and get our campaigns and blogs to scale. 

You will work closely with a cross functional team across marketing performance, content & SEO, and product marketing to drive various acquisition projects from the ground up.

This covers a wide range of activities, from overseeing creatives production, to experimenting with paid campaigns and SEO, and implementing a full-fledged revenue attribution set-up. The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven problem solver, eager learner, and well-rounded cross-functional team player ready to tackle the many challenges in today’s digital marketing landscape.


We will be receiving applications throughout August for this position. In early September, we will begin reviewing and reaching out to candidates for an initial call.


What will you be doing

  • Define acquisition opportunities to maximize current digital channels and exploring new channel or content sponsorship opportunities

  • Take an integrated approach to media planning, including of all organic and paid digital channels

  • Build, maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics

  • Build out tests to prove out hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations

  • Take a data driven approach to managing channel programs and derive insights on strategy and performance

  • Act as a business partner to internal teams to ensure acquisition goals are met

  • Monitor digital marketing dashboards pointing out key areas of importance

  • Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs

  • Write creative briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI


About you

  • You are 110% focused on results, and results only. 

  • Deep understanding of paid social & display platforms and capabilities. +5 years experience in running paid campaigns across Google Search (AdWords), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and more (YouTube, display).

  • Experience with tracking & attribution

  • A firm grasp of Web Analytics, A/B Testing and metrics driven performance marketing

  • You have an interest in Search engine optimization

  • You stay up to date on the industry, platforms and changes as they roll out

  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • High level autonomy, and self-motivation

  • The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for leadership teams

  • Excellent cross-functional and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
