Roccamore is a comfortable high heel footwear brand. Our products are handmade in Italy and the fit is scientifically validated. We sell D2C through our own eCommerce channel and our own brick & mortar stores. 

After showing amazing growth over our first years, having built up a strong brand, community, and company foundation, we are now ready to take on international markets.

With this in mind, we are currently looking for an experienced, commercial-minded Head of Growth, who will lead our digital sales efforts. You will be leading a tight internal team, and work with external parties/agencies, to help grow the eCommerce revenue both in Denmark and internationally.

The role:

• Owns and drives eCommerce & revenue growth

• Leads roccamore’s channel allocation, media mix, and paid media implementation

• Owns the continuous development and optimization of our eCommerce activities

• Leads and develops a team of three capable people to help drive growth

• Drives customer segmentation and engagement efforts 

• Works closely with our retail team to optimize synergies between eCommerce and our brick & mortar stores

• Sets digital strategy and lead go to market efforts in new international markets 

• Build up and continuously evolve reporting and KPIs

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 years as a leader in digital marketing / eCommerce / growth position

• Prior experience within a brand, ideally with D2C

• A commercial mindset with a constant focus on growth and expansion

• Deep hands-on experience with paid media, tech, and tools

• An obsession with data and data-driven decision making

• Experience with physical goods is a pre
