You will be equipped and educated with general and in depth marketing knowledge and expertise to qualify for a full time Marketing and Communications position at Mano or elsewhere. (A full time marketing position will be assessed and discussed upon completion of the 6 months’ internship.)
You will report directly to and work closely with the Marketing Communications Director to develop a topline marketing plan, develop initiatives including social media campaigns, content and more that build the Mano brand within the Global Marketing community and generate interest in Mano’s services.
Additionally you will collaborate with the Planning and Strategy team to create insight driven content that will bring the brand to life and educate the industry on ‘orchestration’ as a discipline.
This role will be a great way to learn about marketing first hand, no day will be the same and the projects will be varied, from:
Working directly with Marketing Director on the overall marketing strategy
Learning about orchestration, brand building and lead generation and how the campaign process works.
Assist Mano’s planning and strategy team in conducting qualitative and quantitative research as well as translating the results into actionable consumer and media insights. This work includes market and desktop research, translating social media studies into consumer behaviour, and setting up and running social listening analytics
Develop and co-lead brainstorms with the wider team
Managing social media channels to build a strong brand (LinkedIn, Instagram & potential to test new channels)
Assist with launch of Mano Newsletter
Create bite size content that will offer opportunities for engagement among target audience groups.
Support orchestration teams with case studies for sales enablement purposes - and create bite size cut downs for lead gen
Create content that educates the industry about ‘what’ orchestration is, and also leverages the Mano brand positioning, for channels including:
Website, lead gen
Podcast production coordination and assistance
