At Artboost, we offer bespoke art projects to companies, organizations, and institutions. We act as an agency for emerging and established artists and connect them with companies to do custom projects and typically large-scale projects. Our clients range from big corporations, such as LEGO Group, to small-scale startups that care about their work environment and employees. We pride ourselves on being a newcomer and tech-driven startup in a traditional industry ripe for disruption. 

The opportunity

We’re building our inbound B2B funnel with a primary focus on the Danish market and want you to be an intricate part of that journey of discovery. We have a lot of work ahead of us and need an experienced and tech-savvy Online Marketing Manager to help us make the right calls. Besides that, we believe in experimentation and are eager to follow your ideas.

As a team, we’re collaborating across the board with the skillset we bring to the table. Currently, our skillset range from project management, curation, sales, development, graphical and content creation. We believe that every team member brings something unique to the table and that we can use the interdisciplinary skillsets to our advantage. 

The role

As Marketing Manager, you will define and execute the B2B marketing and growth. Besides that, you will shorten our B2B sales journey by optimizing the sales and marketing funnel. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within digital marketing (B2B experience is a big plus)

• Be fluent in English and Danish and have excellent communication/writing skills.

• Be analytical, structured, and committed to a metrics-driven approach.

• Know your way around keyword research, analytics, A/B, and multivariate testing.

• Experience with the tools needed to build the sales and marketing funnel (Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead generation platforms, dashboards, etc.) and specifically Google Analytics and paid ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.

• You are up to date with current digital marketing trends/technologies and constantly educating yourself in your field.

• Be motivated to join a young, dedicated team with a very flat hierarchy.

  
  

We would love it if you

• Have an interest in art, design, or esthetics in general.

• Have a bit of B2B experience.

• Are experienced with marketing automation, incl. email marketing (ActiveCampaign or similar).

• Have some experience with sales.

• Interest in working in a startup and grow with the company.

• Know a bit of HTML/CSS.
