We are looking for an empathic, service oriented and structured Sales Coordinator

Germany and Austria. Together with a team you will help service our German speaking

wholesale customers in Germany and Austria.

Customers like Galeria Karstadt Kaufhof, Christ, smaller chains, and independents.

Your main responsibilities will include order processing and follow up, internal coordination

and execution of various omni-channel initiatives with our customers.


Job Description:

  • Processing orders from the relevant geography

  • Following orders until arrival at the customers

  • Responding to wholesale customers’ queries

  • Internal coordination between Field sales, Logistics & Operations and Brand Management

  • Planning and executing pre-defined omni-channel initiatives

  • Helping us develop and grow the brand and the wholesale business


Requirements:

  • Native German speaker and in writing

  • Confident and well-spoken in English

  • Good and open communicator

  • Organized approach to work tasks

  • Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics

  • Result driven

  • Willingness to work for one of the fastest growing consumer scale ups in Denmark

You will be working closely with the CEO and Sales Director of Germany & Austria as well as the Head of Affiliate Marketing.

This is a part time position with around 30 hours/week.
