We are looking for a dedicated BDR for our Swedish sales team. You will be directly responsible for ensuring that all leads are contacted professionally within a timely manner. The ideal candidate has previous experience from a similar customer facing role. We expect you to be a reliable professional who is able to balance customer orientation and a results-oriented approach. Your overall goal is to identify opportunities with potential customers and strengthen this for long-term profitable relationships, by sharing these leads with your account manager.
You will be part of a sales team, but it is also expected that you can collaborate across marketing, customer success and tech.
You will create new opportunities within the Swedish market, which will mainly be done through outbound sales calls and also through inbound leads, in order to grow our database of clients and increase sales opportunities
You need to be confident in speaking with new people on the phone and locating the correct point of contact
You should be driven to help achieve sales targets and work well within a team
You may be asked to collaborate with various departments such as marketing and tech to provide insights based on your day to day activities.
Communicate fluently orally and in writing in Swedish, preferably also English.
