We’re an energetic healthtech scaleup with a 300% yearly growth rate, looking to hire 1400 new colleagues within the next 24 months - so we’re growing our talent attraction team to ensure we can stay on top of our ambitious hiring goals. 🏋️‍♀️

We’re looking for someone with lots of energy, experience recruiting in high volumes, and knowledge of mapping out intricate recruitment strategies to meet the expectations of varying stakeholders. 💪

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🚀

• Experience with recruiting in high volumes with rigid hiring deadlines

• Ambitious and energetic with a high level of initiative 

• Both recruitment agency as well as in-house recruitment experience a plus 

• Experience navigating various recruitments and stakeholders simultaneously

• Experience with recruitment of business development/account management profiles is a plus but not mandatory
