We are responsible in making sure that customers know that they are not alone in their hair growth journey and that they can turn to us for any assistance they may need.

Customer care is in essence the backbone in growing the company as it would be your job to provide excellent service; accumulate and organize customer data; help innovate user experience; provide quick, effective solutions; and proactively engage with customer satisfaction to stipulate a high retention rate.

It is important to have our customers love both the products and the service so much that they keep coming back!


Requirements

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized

  • Critical thinking and problem solving

  • Great communication skills

  • Experience working on a team

  • Ability to work quickly under pressure

  • Full Professional in English

  • Native in Danish


Responsibilities

  • ~15-20 hours pr. week

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Scandinavian Biolabs is located on Lindgreens Allé 9 in Amager, and customer service operates between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on week days and limited service over the weekend.
