Neurons Inc seeks an experienced Customer Insights Analyst (5+ years of relevant experience) to work in our HQ office in Copenhagen, Denmark. This position is responsible for industry knowledge and supporting projects with the creation of appropriate research questions and hypotheses, and to maintain direct client contact while running the crucial analyses and presenting our study results. Job description

A Customer Insights Analyst plays a central part of the analyst team. The role involves ensuring that reports and interpretations that are based on our data from our NeuroLab, NeuroOnline, and NeuroVision methods, are made into clear and actionable insights to our clients. This role is strongly emphasized on providing our clients with a clear understanding of the broader meaning of the results, and to provide strategic recommendations to the clients. The role includes client contact, working on optimizing study designs, statistical analyses, and in writing and presenting client reports. The work is also highly variable from a day-to-day basis and includes:

  • Ensuring valid study design based on client needs and wants.

  • Quality assessment of fieldwork, markings and data quality.

  • Making use of neuroscience statistical analyses in writing up an accessible report, based on expected results/hypotheses and explorative findings.

  • Working with collaborating companies and research partners.

  • Regular travel for client meetings, conferences and other forms of representations.

  • Direct client contact and internal support on research projects.

  • Coordinating projects and ensuring study quality.

  • Some level of data handling, statistical analyses and project reporting.

  • Generating strong, actionable client presentations and stories, based on research insights.

  • Client report presentation, both on calls and in person.

  • Coordinating internal meetings and client visits, including calling members of the working group, finding suitable times, confirming attendees, practical work in terms of meeting preparations.

  • Normal/ repetitive routine work.

 

Requirements

We expect a Customer Insights Analyst to have a genuine mix of social skills, work morale and communicative skills, and to bring the following to the team:

  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in running research projects and analyses, and in presenting results to B2B clients.

  • Strong analytical skills, and especially with the ability to create a compelling report narrative. Excellent communication and presentation skills -- the application should include examples of prior report communications (anonymized reports are preferred).

  • Prior experience with working in smaller work groups and teams, within research or related industries.

  • Prior experience with sales, research and client contact, within B2B research.

  • Great data visualization skills in PowerPoint or other preferred software.

  • Strong experience in storytelling based on research insights.

  • A Master’s degree or similar in psychology, business, economics, and/or related disciplines.

  • Good PC skills, including statistical software, and ease of adopting new software and solutions.

  • The right attitude: enthusiasm and dedication, energy, structured work routines, reliability, willingness and ability to travel globally, a good sense of humour and excellent social skills.

  • A proven ability to work well under tight management and timelines – you have a sense of urgency in your work and enjoy working under moderate pressure under tight deadlines.

  • A willingness to work extra hours in periods with high demand.

  • Eligibility to work in Denmark and to travel within the European Union and to the United States.
