Role and Responsibilities
As our Marketing & Social Media Coordinator you will play an integral role in the growth and expansion or ARTXP, and you will be in charge of driving sales, growing our community of hosting artists, and growing our social media following through a variety of marketing efforts.
Your primary tasks include, but are not limited to:
Driving sales, growing our community of hosting artists, and growing our following using various marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, blogging, partnerships, and more.
Managing our online presence and ensuring brand consistency on all online platforms.
Creating and distributing effective and highly engaging content on social media, daily.
Working closely with our photographers, videographers, bloggers, and our hosting artists, to create and distribute highly engaging content.
Maximizing our organic and paid SEO efforts.
Engaging with followers and managing our social media inboxes.
Posting and sharing listed experiences on various social media platforms.
Creating and publishing blog posts and distributing these on all channels.
Creating and publishing/scheduling highly visual and engaging newsletters using the latest design tools.
Keeping track of our marketing budget.
Initiating new partnerships to help increase sales, raise awareness, and grow our following.
Working closely with the rest of the team on shared company goals (e.g., sales targets, user engagement, and retention).
Taking on other assignments and responsibilities, as necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
Experience managing a public-facing social media account.
Familiarity with social media audiences and analytical skills for measuring and tracking success on social.
Ability to craft engaging messaging.
Strong writer with attention to detail who can gather information and communicate it effectively.
Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
Ability to adapt quickly to new responsibilities based on the the needs of the startup.
Passion for the arts and cultural industry is a plus.
Deep knowledge of traditional and digital/ social media channels.
Proficiency with image and video editing is a major plus.
