Linkfire is looking for an Office Assistant with a specific focus on people experience and employee happiness.

You will join a company with roots and heart in music. We’re a team of designers, engineers, product owners, and more, drawn from every corner of the globe.

The Role:

We’re headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in Lisbon, NYC, and LA. Since 2014 we’ve been working together with the biggest names in the music industry and we proudly route more than 150+ million fans to a better music experience.


Being part of the People & Culture team, you’ll take on a vital role in contributing to people's contentment be it by making sure you set up the right environment for our people and our office. 

We are looking for someone to take our employee experiences to the next level like it was their home and make sure supplies are in stock, clean cups are ready for coffee and the lounge area always looks hygge-licious.

In this role, you will have to be eager to dive in and learn in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable responding to constant change as well as thrive in driving change yourself.


Besides the physical office, you will also be a part of ensuring a positive employee workplace experience on a daily basis. This means acting as a strong point of contact for all our employee's support needs, helping with overall administrative HR management, and supporting the onboarding of new employees. You, for example, ensure employees have access to the right equipment, are set up with all our perks, and get help to fix ad-hoc issues. 


We expect you to be able to work a minimum of 25-30 hours a week, and ideally be in the office every day.


  • Handle supplier management for the office incl. Cleaning company, Office perks -suppliers

  • Keep the office tidy and inviting during the day, and help us to keep up strong hygiene on common workspaces. 

  • Coordinate lunch with the in-house canteen. If needed in the coming months: set-up daily lunch in the office. 

  • Basic maintenance tasks when needed (Fill/empty dishwasher, supply on coffee machine).

  • Handle daily operations in support of great employee experiences, e.g. employee anniversaries.

  • Act as the main contact point for ad-hoc support.

  • Support administrative HR workflows, for example, support on/offboarding; ensure organizational policies are effective and correctly carried out

  • Assist with ideation, planning, and hosting of events and initiatives for employees.

  • You’re organized, sharp, and proactive.

  • You are a music lover and want to get involved with the music industry.

  • No working experience is required, but previous experience as an office manager or in hospitality is a plus.
