Linkfire is looking for a full-time People Operations Specialist, with a specific focus on people management.

The People & Culture team supports over 80 employees based all around the world with the majority of us in our HQ - Copenhagen. We are looking for someone that can help us take our employee life cycle process to the next level and that we can put a lot of trust in.

What you’ll cover as a People Ops Specialist @ Linkfire:
Culture & People Ops
Help to nurture and promote Linkfire’s culture and values internally and externally.
Together with the team in Copenhagen, will administer all employee data and work closely with our payroll and insurance contacts.
You will detect in a proactive way any process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and take action accordingly.
Your work will include writing legal and contract amendments, and other administrative tasks regarding people management be it by responding to employee inquiries in Slack or email and making sure we as a team deliver extraordinary customer service to our colleagues and leaders.
You see automation opportunities in all People Operations tasks and you can drive a change in our manual processes.
You will take part in ad-hoc tasks and projects including reporting, and tasks You can utilize the resources available independently but also take initiative when needed.
In this role, you will furthermore grow to become and act as a trusted people-advisor for the colleagues and managers around you.
75% of Linkfire talent comes from abroad - in collaboration with the talented team in Copenhagen you will conduct and ensure our foreign talent will have a smooth relocation process to Denmark.
This includes applying for work VISAs while constantly following up with our staff and the Danish Immigration Services or relocation companies.
Pre-onboarding & onboarding
Provide backup and guidance to our employee on-boarding flow and setup.
Partner in the onboarding process, identify gaps, and act as one of the main points of contact when it comes to the overall people's experience.
We dream of someone who:
2-4 years of experience working in a similar role.
Has a good understanding and knowledge of Danish law.
Is trustworthy and extremely diligent.
Possess exceptional customer service skills.
Is motivated to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial.
Can find meaning in routine and ad hoc tasks.
Most of all: is a real team player - you support both the HR team and management on a variety of topics and tasks.
