In 2021, we won the InnoEnergy grant, and expect to sign it before the end of the year. Your main task will be to write the work plan for the grant project during the initial 2-3 months, and hereafter be the main responsible for managing this grant.
Your Role:
Managing the reporting process on a portfolio of grants.
Managing donor relations for existing and new grants, including negotiating grant contracts as required and ensuring contractual compliance –this involves ensuring relevant teams know about their roles and responsibilities as well as deadlines.
Supporting program teams and working with the Finance Team to prepare timely and accurate narrative and financial reports in line with contractual requirements.
Ensuring the funding database is kept up to date and all records of contracts and reports are accessible.
Chasing income payments and coordinating effective coding of restricted income.
Supporting tender writing with the business development team when necessary
Your Tasks:
Develop and execute the company’s grant fundraising strategy for EU grants for the coming two years
Identify and prioritize a pipeline of relevant grants and funding opportunities for DK, EU and internationally
Identify national grants that can help strategic partnerships development in collaboration with the Business department
Write successful grant applications with input from team
Coordinate and be the main contact point of external advisors and grant consultants
Coordinate reporting with partners and ensure smooth and simple project progress and financial reporting
Take an active role in assessing various opportunities and enter dialogue with stakeholders
You have :
2-4 years of experience
Experience with international and specifically European funding opportunities for chasing grants for proof of market sustainability.
Understanding of basic accounting
Project management experience
Excellent written and oral skills in English
An understanding of the politics and frameworks that govern both European and international funding opportunities especially for grants but preferably also for other funding and project opportunities
Experience with relevant EU funding opportunities such as like EIC accelerator, SME Instruments or Eurostar would be seen as an advantage
Some experience with joint development projects or partnerships development would be a strong advantage
An educational background relevant for the role either technical or financial / strategic
You are:
Highly Organized
Able to Translate a large amount of information
Motivated by the technology and you must be able to learn and understand – with our help - enough of the company’s reactor technology and development path to use it in your work
A skilled communicator and talented at reaching out to stakeholders and possible partners
