Actimo is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage and develop our customers.

Description
As Senior Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for all customers in your portfolio together with our Account Management team.Â
The position is based out of Copenhagen or Barcelona. You will be part of our International Customer Success Team and report to our Head of Customer Success.Â
What you will be doing
Consult and challenge our customers towards reaching their business objectives using Actimo resulting in high retention, growth, and loyalty.Â
Assist Account Management and Sales in Gaining, Growing, and Retaining our customer base through Presale, Onboarding, Adoption, Renewals, and Expansion activities.
Advocate the value of driving outstanding Employee Engagement, Culture, and Learning in the non-desk space.Â
Plan and host Business Reviews and Commercial workshops with Account Management.
Come up with scalable activities to inspire and train our customers in employee engagement.Â
Build on our services and product offering by working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.Â
Push the status quo for Employee Engagement and help Actimo become the market leader.Â

Qualifications
You love and get motivated by working with people
You speak and write fluent English.Â
Work experience from either:
A. Industries such as Facility Management, Hospitality, Retail og TransportÂ
B. within Learning, Change Management, Digital Transformation, Employee Engagement / Experience, Communications or HR.Â
You have a proven track record of demonstrating strong business acumen facing customers.Â
You have consultancy and project management skills.Â
You can display a high degree of emotional intelligence.
You are tech-savvy and interested in Saas
