What we are looking for

The Growth team is looking for a growth hacker ready to lead our growth hacking efforts and future growth team. The ideal team member will be data-driven and have a strong technical, analytical background.

We expect that you are very experienced, but frustrated worked at your current employer and want more equity. This we can offer you, since we are early-stage.

Tasklist

Above all find the revenue model for MoveNation. We have proff-of-concept with 8.7 NPS score (with no marketing) and ca. 10K users and 1B USD in net-worth that have used the app. But now we need to find our business model.

1. Build partnership with lead influencers in the FIRE and pension community

2. Build the MoveNation blog

3. Responsible for digital marketing channels including Facebook, Google, Youtube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.

4. Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing, growth hacker tactics on leveraging product and engineering teams.

5. Partner with local marketing to build marketing content for client growth.

6. Focus on PR and Partnerships

Qualifications

1. Min. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacker, or demand generation.

2. Strong capability of interpreting, data analytics to make business decisions.

3. Experience communicating insights and ideas.

Work Location:

• Currently, we all work remotely, but this will soon change when we setup an office in CPH as a start
