About The Role
ViaBill is searching for a Piccoline/Administrative Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis.
This is a part-time (15-25 h a week) position based in our Copenhagen headquarters’ location. You have to be available to start work in week 9.
What you will do:
Prepare and clean-up in connection with lunch
Keep the common area, kitchen and coffee station neat and tidy; tasks include e.g. emptying the dishwasher and cleaning the coffee machine
Arranging business trips - booking tickets and hotels
Assistance in planning and organizing company events, Friday bars, anniversary and birthday celebrations
Arrange the purchase of fresh milk, fruits, snacks and office supplies
Coordinate with catering and the cleaning company
Take care of plants in the office
Various ad hoc tasks related to administration
About you:
We imagine that you are beginning your bachelor, or taking a sabbatical year
You can work between 09.00-14.00 on weekdays
You have a welcoming and service-minded personality and are always ready to lend a helping hand with both large and small tasks
You can keep track of several tasks, and have a positive can-do attitude
You can create a good daily routine and are quick to familiarize yourself with new duties
You are a natural communicator fluent in English and Danish
You have a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
