Who we are

 Radiobotics is an award-winning health-tech company located in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a focus on developing algorithms for hospitals to automate the reading of x-rays of bone and joints. We have received recognition from many players in the market from the EU commission to being nominated for a Future Unicorn Award by Digital Europe.

Radiobotics aims to be a global leader within its area: creating software for analysis of specific x-rays, creating tangible value for hospitals, physicians, and patients.

 

Who you are

 You are probably studying Business Management/Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, or Education subjects at Bachelors or Masters level at a university in Copenhagen (or elsewhere). You are keen to build on the skills you are learning at university and applying them to our growing business.

 

You will be open to learning from us and bringing your thoughts to the table in a supportive and engaging environment. We want to hear your opinions. Your ideas can be applied to transform the way we build our processes and help shaping the long-term HR strategy of our company.

The main activities in this internship will be around HR, recruiting, communication, culture, and internal processes.

Being a small company we all wear many hats and we also expect you to collaborate on a wide range of assignments. We truly believe that this is the best way to learn and to grow.

 

Role Profile

  • Experienced user of G-Suite

  • Great communication skills (written and spoken English)

  • High level of confidentiality

  • Great analytical skills

  • Comfortable with evolving processes

  • Ability to balance multiple requests/tasks

  • High level of motivation

  • Interest in Healthcare / Life Sciences


Activities in the Internship Program/ What you will learn

  • Execute tasks within recruiting & hiring process at all levels

  • Collaborate on internal & external communication 

  • Support with HR & processes documentation

  • Upkeep of internal HR platform 

  • Create/collaborate on presentation materials

  • Plan/manage meeting agendas
