Superb is looking for a tenured Business Development Manager with a positive and winning attitude to join our Nordic sales team. You will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Norway, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for restaurant in your market.
To achieve this mission, you will be using a consultative sales approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. Restaurants are a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and therefore you will be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. We need your passion and sales expertise to help us build the Superb brand in your geographic territory.
Lead the charge introducing Superb to all restaurants in your territory
Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market
Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
+3 years’ experience in a closing sales role
Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success preferred
Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
Must speak Norwegian fluently 🇳🇴
Living in Sweden in either Göteborg or Stockholm, but able to Norway for customer meetings
High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
A collaborative and team player mentality
Note: the best performing BDMs in Superb often comes from a background of being a sales top-performer within industries such as telecommunication (in-store), sales to the horeca segment or have outbound sales experience selling products to small and local businesses.
On target earnings: 60.000 SEK per month
