Do you have a process-driven mindset and exceptional organisational skills? Do you have experience in accounting and administration, and want to apply those skills in an impact scale-up? Then listen up! Eat Grim is hiring an Administrative Controller & Project Manager to manage business operations and help scale the company in new markets and areas.
At Eat Grim, we’re disrupting the broken food system by fundamentally changing the way people eat. Through our digital platform, we source ugly-by-nature and surplus fresh fruit and vegetables directly from the farms, and deliver them to people’s homes in the form of a food box subscription. We also supply food businesses with sustainable produce.

Your role is to manage the day-to-day admin and business operations, and help coordinate the portfolio of the different company projects and tasks - from product launches, IT development to internal process optimisation and financial projects. Your time will be divided approximately 50:50 between admin & business operations, and project management.
In this role, you’ll be right in the heart of our scale-up that is revolutionising the food industry. You’ll join a passionate, fast-paced and growth-driven team, so we expect you to like that kind of environment and thrive under it!
