At BlueBenu we strive to innovate the current waste management system by developing new technologies which will make the recycling of the currently unrecyclable plastics possible. By doing so we also hope to leave a positive socio-economic impact and foster an environmental cleanup. Your tasks are related to Recruitment and Development assistance and you will work directly with our HR Coordinator. Become a part of the team and help us to clean up the future, join us!
Your main tasks will include:
Responsible for the employee cycle (Recruitment, onboarding, retainment, and offboarding)
Draft, post, and monitor our job openings
Preparing and sending new employee files
Keeping track of the files of the current employees
Helping in maintaining the different platforms
ad hoc tasks
Something about you
You might be the person we are looking for if you are a great communicator, planner, and confident with a great desire to help others.
You are someone that is very responsive and proactive (essential)
You have any kind of experience with HR and volunteer management (highly desired)
Your educational background is not a focal point as long as you have an interest in working within the field of HR
You are structured and organized
You are motivated and interested in working within the broad spectrum of HR
You have an interest in or passion for working with tech, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the environment
