REC Watches is a Copenhagen-based watch brand, specializing in finding and transforming iconic vehicles into exceptional and unique luxury timepieces. Our products do not just tell the time, they take our customers on a journey through time by infusing modern horology with design and material historic vehicles and machines.
Our customer audience is global, diverse, and highly passionate. As a company, we have completed a digital transformation in the last two years, and now introduce four limited edition product drops per year, to be sold exclusively through our own-operated eCommerce channels.

As our new Lead Creative, you will assume a key role in preparing and executing successful product releases and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for concept and content development for increasing traffic and conversion throughout campaigns, content creation for various channels in partnership with the marketing team, and also be involved in website analysis, UX optimization, and email marketing. You will also be tasked with the outsourcing and partner management of visual content that we do not produce in-house.
We expect you to be:
Expert-level within the Adobe Suite, mastering all elements of visual content and communication. InDesign experience is a plus but not a requirement
Creative at heart, but data driven and flair for eCommerce. Understand communication from the consumer perspective, building hype and awareness. Able to convey intricate storytelling and technical information in compelling ways.
A team player, but also able to work independently. Open-minded, humoristic, and provide to the great atmosphere we enjoy in our daily work. Fully fluent in English, both written and verbally. Other languages (including Danish) is a plus but not a requirement.

Employment start date from September 1st, 2021. First year of employment salary of 384.000 DKK plus pension and benefits, to be re-negotiated annually.
