We are looking for a motivated and independent forward-thinker that will focus on our photography and video production while working in a cross-functional agile team.

Who are we?

reVIRTUE is launching an app that will introduce a decentralised talent economy. A new platform that provides a more equal playing field for creatives by matching them to opportunities to combat income vulnerability and career inequality within the creative industry. reVIRTUE will be a gateway for recruiters and companies that want to gain access to untamed creativity to stand out and break free from design bubbles.

Your responsibilities as Photography & Video Production responsible:

• Conducting primary and secondary research into media production trends, stylistic and narrative styles and inspiring photography and video production examples.

• Synthesizing key findings from research in a concise manner; visually, orally and written.

• The video production of a variety of projects including branding videos, SoMe videos, product videos, customer reviews videos, social media content, community interviews, etc.

• Editing videos in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar and exporting for upload into SoMe and video platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, Etc)

• Edit videos in adobe premiere or similar and export videos for uploading. 

• Give input and strategy on video, marketing, and social media projects.

• Assisting with day-to-day activities such as outreach; liaise with community members to support expansion of reVIRTUE’s reach.

• Other activities relating to production and partaking in cross-functional team meetings.

Qualifications: 

• Currently or previously enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Video Production, Photography, Editing, Media Production or related disciplines.

• Familiar with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides

• Experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar.

• Proficient English written and oral communication skills

• Plus point: work experience in Video Production, Photography, Editing, Media Production or related fields.
