To us it does. This is one extremely important role. Here you’ll be the gatekeeper to ensure our values and culture all while being the first filter for every job application coming our way. You deeply care about giving the best possible experience to every potential Hobster. Every candidate that is in our process should leave with a huge smile on their face, even if they don’t end up working with us.
You’ll join our People & Culture team and will, with your winning ability to find the right people, help us excel and inspire and challenge the way we do recruiting. In other words, we need an additional force to make sure that we are getting the right people on board and also figuring out how to do so in the most effective, fun and creative way!
It’s all about managing day-to-day recruitments to all our in-house teams, specifically roles for Tech, Marketing and Customer Success. You have a strategic, tactical, and playful approach to attracting talent, where you together with Hiring Managers plan future hiring needs and make sure we are always on top of our game.
As our TA & EB Specialist, you’ll ensure that we are on all the right platforms, but also reach out and source the top candidates who might not even think to apply. The perfect candidate has a proven track record in sourcing and attracting talent as well as a systematic and analytical approach to work. Plus you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty - you can spice up any job ad, and love bringing new ideas to the table, because we’ve got really interesting challenges for you to solve, so be prepared to be creative.
Hobbii you say? Is it seriously all about yarn? 🧶
Not really. We’re all about the yarn - but we like to see ourselves as a yarny-tech-scaleup.
About six years ago, four tech entrepreneurs spotted a huge market interest in knitting and crocheting; they started to supply yarn and inspiration to knitting and crocheting enthusiasts around the world, since then; we haven’t looked back. Today we have grown to become the fastest growing company in Denmark, thanks to all our amazing colleagues and happy customers. Last year we shipped over 1 million parcels from our warehouse in Greve.
Behind the scenes we’re a team of 350 Hobsters, from over 37 nations, enjoying the crazy growth journey we are on. Working at this pace means everything feels possible, there is no legacy and every day offers a dose of dopamine for making an impact.
We just moved into brand new offices in Nordvest this Summer. We’ve built it up completely from scratch and cannot wait to together build our next Hobbii chapter.

Develop our talent strategy - You’ll be on top of our headcount plan, and know when to adjust pipelines and capacity to make sure we have the right talent when we need them
Prepare job posts and make sure they’re advertised at all the best platforms - wherever that may be
Lead the best candidate experiences - from application through interview to hiring
Coach Team Leaders and Hiring Managers on how to do recruiting the Hobbii-way. You’ll be the go-to expert within interviews and feedback
Take part in People & Culture projects - as developing our candidate experience, and creating new content, processes and playbooks for your team and Hiring Managers to use
Communicate clearly and with great passion, but also honestly and transparently why Hobbii is a great place to work, but also what challenges and opportunities you will experience if you join
Take part in Employer Branding Initiatives - Learning Labs, LinkedIn Advocacy Programs etc.
We would like you to be:
An experienced TA’er with a proven track record of hiring specialist roles
Someone who has a knack for spotting talent and is a natural when it comes to networking - you’re the one who always knows of a job, if a friend is asking
Experienced with LinkedIn sourcing and outreach
Someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from a-z, and makes sure everyone has a great experience when they apply to Hobbii
A strong communicator in English
If you have video/photo content skills - we’ll be extra thrilled
