As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out our implementation and content creation projects for new and existing customers! You will truly be the spider in the web and act as the link between our Sales team – the Customer – and our Customer Success team.

Your primary focus will be on planning, leading, and executing our Pilot Projects and our Sales Playbooks.
Project planning and management towards internal and external stakeholders.
Accountability for communicating internal plans/methodology.
Ensure steady timelines and quality of client deliverables.
Assist and lead content workshops, and create creative drafts for content structure, flow, and look, based on the outcome from client workshops.
Coordinate with the creative team and manage customer expectations and project limitations.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinating and scheduling of meetings; taking notes and distributing, then following up on actions.
Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties.
Identify upsell possibilities and communicate back to Sales.
Coordinate with Customer Success for technical setup, user training, and handover.
Excellent Project Management skills and a creative flair.
Solid understanding of sales processes, customer dialogue, and buyer experience.
A digital mindset and experience from working with digital tools/platforms.
Strong client management skills.
Ability to work cross-team and department to secure optimal project delivery.
Your track record speaks for itself and your social skills are strong.
You are result-oriented and self-motivated.
You are used to working towards high-set goals, both on an individual level and as a team.
You are curious and a problem solver, but without ever compromising on quality.
You are fluent (spoken and written) in English and Danish. Additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.
